These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behavior we expect from all users of our Platform. By using Loop, you agree to follow these guidelines and contribute to creating a positive environment for everyone.

  • Never operate a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol

4. DRIVER GUIDELINES

Vehicle Standards

  • Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle
  • Ensure all safety features are functional
  • Keep the vehicle free of clutter and hazards
  • Display required documentation prominently

Professional Conduct

  • Dress appropriately and maintain good hygiene
  • Be courteous and professional with all passengers

  • Provide a comfortable and safe environment

Safety Responsibilities

  • Drive safely and defensively
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage
  • Report any incidents or accidents promptly

5. RIDER GUIDELINES

Respect for Drivers

  • Be respectful and courteous to your driver
  • Provide accurate pickup and destination information
  • Be ready at the designated pickup time
  • Treat the vehicle with care and respect

Communication

  • Communicate clearly about your needs
  • Provide feedback constructively
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly
  • Be honest in your ratings and reviews

Safety Awareness

  • Verify driver identity before entering the vehicle
  • Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, don't proceed
  • Report any safety concerns immediately
  • Follow safety instructions provided by the driver

6. PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

Discrimination and Harassment

  • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Hate speech or discriminatory language

Safety Violations

  • Operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Reckless or dangerous driving
  • Refusing to wear seatbelts or follow safety protocols
  • Carrying weapons or dangerous items in vehicles

Fraud and Misconduct

  • Providing false information or documentation
  • Attempting to defraud other users or the company
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Manipulating ratings or reviews

Inappropriate Content

  • Sharing explicit, violent, or offensive content
  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Impersonating others or creating fake profiles

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you witness or experience behavior that violates these guidelines:

  • Report the incident immediately through the app
  • Provide detailed information about what occurred
  • Include any relevant photos or documentation
  • Cooperate with any investigation

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Your safety and the safety of our community is our top priority.

8. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Warning or temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action if appropriate
  • Reporting to law enforcement for criminal behavior

The severity of consequences depends on the nature and frequency of violations.

9. APPEALS PROCESS

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error:

  • Contact our support team within 30 days
  • Provide any relevant evidence or context
  • We will review your case and respond within 5 business days
  • Our decision is final

10. SAFETY TIPS

For Drivers:

  • Always verify passenger identity
  • Trust your instincts - cancel rides if you feel unsafe
  • Keep your vehicle well-lit and clean
  • Have emergency contacts readily available
  • Report any suspicious behavior immediately

For Riders:

  • Verify driver and vehicle information before entering
  • Share your trip details with a trusted contact
  • Sit in the back seat for added safety
  • Trust your instincts - don't proceed if you feel uncomfortable
  • Report any concerns immediately

11. EMERGENCY CONTACTS

In case of emergency:

  • Call 911 immediately for life-threatening situations
  • Contact Loop support for platform-related issues

12. UPDATES TO GUIDELINES

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our services or community needs. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform.
